i definitely think we need a new leader though. don't get me wrong, VM is great, he has done nothing wrong, he's my friend and he is a great WC, but we do need a new leader. im not kidding, we need a new leader. i mean, this isn't like we are giving VM the boot, he just resume's his spot as a council leader, and stays just as active.

as for the bit about pure creed, i meant people that have been with the creed for long enough.

I do not understand why this is happening, but I cannot stop it. I am active in VW because of this clan. I had nearly given up on VW, but then I remembered I had a clan to lead. Anyway, we are not going to go on a guilt trip. Not until the votes want me out. I will not break down in front of you all until my time is over. So, no worries about me going on about how much I love you all, and how I love this job; I LIVE for this job, and all of that. PM me, and I will send out PM's for everyone in WC to vote. We will also have a VW vote, to see what the community thinks.

we aren't kicking you out for gosh sakes! we just want to give someone else the experience of leading! dude! it would be great! you are still our leader, and i believe that it would be great to have you be our leader again, so long as we get some other people in on it. I myself don't want to be a part of that. i don't think there are many fit for the job of running this clan. you are, and i can think of a few others. please don't get all muscled up over the idea of a new leader. it would be a great new opportunity!

I am still trying to understand why now must we vote for a new leader?

This is a complication, because I asked everyone if they wanted a new leader two months ago, and everyone said no.

That was two months ago.

Also, now that I think about it, someone outside of WC is actually allowed to start the process of deposing the leader if they can recognizably show that they were unjustly denied entrance.

Who has unjustly been denied entrence? I have not turned down anyone, the whole time I have been leader....

• Do you believe that we need a new leader, just because my time has spanned long, and the Creed has prospered and regained it's old glory under me?
• Is it wrong for me to deny someone entry with just cause, or because they change their mind?
• Why is everyone acting so weird?

I'm not drone, but…yes (although I don't think the glory was lost before you became leader), no, who is acting weird?

If you are talking about replacing jwl, Joshua is on the council, and Jeremy and FM are next in line.

I would never consider putting a former clan leader of a major clan in a leadership position (i mean overall leader)

:cry: ... I never thought this would happen... I never imagined a day without me as leader... If this is what you all really want, the ballet will contain whatever council members/leaders want the job. High Creed may be on the ballet if the council agrees.

Personally, I disagree with that. First off, if you are to be offered as a choice, then there should be two ballets- a first one deciding on whether to change leaders, and a second deciding whom the new leader is. This is huge because I doubt many people will read this whole post and this is the most important part.

It has been an honour serving you. For my time as a member. For my time on the council. And for my long time as leader...

Your time on the council or as being a member isn't over.

I will not step down... You all must vote to have me removed. (It is 2 - 2 so far, by the looks.)

Interesting, both previous leaders have stepped down, in a way of sorts.

I do not want you all to have a huge argument with me over this, and I do not want to rule a people who do not want me as leader. Though I will not leave them as leader until they have decided amongst themselves what they will do. You must choose someone who will keep the Creed alive. Who will never let us fall. Who will bring us together. Someone... Someone... *sigh*

If the Creed is not kept alive properly under that leader, then they will simply be replaced.

I love being leader... I may not understand why you want a new leader... But the power is in the people…

Not because there is anything wrong with you as leader- because I want to see someone else new as leader. I would want even the best possible leader in the world to be replaced after an adequate time.

I've actually been thinking about it for a couple of weeks, just seemed like the right time to mention it.

As for what jwl just said about pure Creed. I am not "pure" Creed. Ratburntro was not and is not "pure" Creed. Jeremy is not "pure" Creed. FM is not "pure" Creed. Joshua is not "pure" Creed. Furqi is not "pure" Creed. Most of us have had, or have, other clan affiliation.

Now that that is out of the way, there is only THREE qualified, active members for the job other than myself. You, FM, and Jeremy. And two of them have had experience leading, and quite frankly, they would still be leading if it weren't for small things. Jwl, you at one time wanted to lead your own clan. Everyone has a chance to make a clan and lead. Your only grounds for wanting a new leader is that I have been leader for "too long."

I am qualified… I don't want to be the leader, I prefer being the kind of permanent second in command guy. Yes, our grounds are that you have been leader for a long time- this is a problem only because we are a Republic and wish to combine the efforts of multiple leaders over time to evolve the clan. Personally, I think leaders should be in for 4 months or so.

This is simply the rotation of power- the idea isn't to get rid of old leaders, it is simply to bring in new leaders. The problem, and sad part, is that we have to get rid of the old leaders to do that.

I recall it being chaotic for about two days on the transition between us. The time when I became leader was only really chaotic because WC had basically been inactive for the two months leading up to it, which led to difficulty in getting people back.
