Candidates may update their statements for the Ninth (Final/Championship) round through the end of the day on Saturday (my time - GMT -8). I will look on Sunday for your latest statement. You are not required to update - you can continue your original statement for as long as you remain in the game.

You will get your Ninth Round task on Saturday. Complete the task ASAP - it will accompany your statement on the front page.

Votes will reset to zero and Round Nine (Final/Championship) starts Sunday with one less player.

Hi all! I want to say a big thank you to everyone who has voted for me so far, to be completely honest, with so many long-running and older members than me and Chris I expected myself to be knocked out earlier. I've really enjoyed it, and it fills me with confidence and happiness that you guys have put me here

Here's my final task; I've been browsing for ages, thinking what suits Lopdo best, and I couldn't just come up with one! Of course the ones too big can be re-adjusted to fit, but I think Lopdo would like these avatars:


This is by far my favourite avatar I would like to see Lopdo use, it is a soft picture with the amusing pun written across, and the way that Lopdo replies in his cool judgement is reflected in it, and I feel I could imagine him using this avatar and suiting how he posts.


I really quite like this one, as a 'safe' avatar to have, it's pretty and comfortable to look at, something I feel that Lopdo as the creator of the game could appreciate.


For something a bit eyecatching I chose this as a third option. It's a bit tacky, but it is certainly different
