I'd like to bring the subject of Mercenaries:
Personally i've no problem with it but two things.

1.If a Merc is required it would be polite to ask first.
2.The team choose there own Merc after asking.

i've seen no manners from a certain clan leader showing no respect to the other clan by asking first.

Manners cost nothing , ask first then go get your Merc.

While I'm in doubt as to how important this thread is anymore, I am still a member, and so it's my responsibility to show up. Anyway, since we're voting for the Vortex Ranger's to be a clan or not, I say yes, unless they actually have less than four members. With the exception of clans set up with the intention to break rules of the forum or game (secret alliance clan, hacker's clan), or by players who would be considered enemies of the community (Lancestar, KBF, etc.), I think it's reasonable to simply acknowledge them once they've proven they aren't just going to die off immediately.

If somehow you actually start acting like a leader and read my front page ,then you'd realise all you typed was a load of wolf droll.I followed all the vortex war Council rulings, i didn't act like Aboad annoying every clan,i waited till i had over 4 members and none of which are any of the Three Stooges.

With a straight 5\5 votes i know declare my clan active.

Declarations of war will soon follow.
