Skipping turns (without unit distribution)

Game: Random XXL Map, Att, Manual u p.

After some turns all players experienced strange game behaviour where red players time did already pass but turn didn't end (2-4 sec longer). It append few times in several consecutive turns. After that, when there were only three players left "red" left telling us that it lags for him too much. Few turns after that next players turn was skipped by game and he could not place units, neither did game automatically. The whole unit placing part was skipped by server. In case of his lag it should be processed by server normally as if his time passed, but that's not the case. He ended up with only 1's and some like five 2's while having 30+ regions and both upgrades. His nick: Canadian Boy2 For the whole game I did not experience any lag or other problem.

Just have the same experience a few minutes ago.

Just skipped turns without any unit distribution. Of course I was killed.

I had this problem a while back, but it wasn't one person it was the whole game.

Sometimes in such cases the unit count goes off-scale. Caugt it on tape quite recently.
Yellow had lag problems, his turn went on for longer than the bar indicated (it was empty for a while and I thought I got disconnected or smith.) Then there was a -6 shown by him and my turn also ended (about 6-9 seconds went so I assume my turn should not have ended yet)

After that, the game went on as normal, except for my turn skip. Yellow left quite soon, so I did not see the -6 fix itself
