Question. Can you be Gotcha'd by an alternate account? Like if Blargh used his alternate account named Gaaaarfm and signed up using Blargh, Mr. blargh couldn't use Gaaaarfm to gotcha Geez, who is also playing. Right?

That would be like multiaccounting... which is a rulebreak...

Not if they were on at the same time. Like if the guy was using the one account and saw his target and gotcha'd him/her.

In a alternative account you cannot be GOTCHA'D, Or GOTCHA Someone.
Some characters take advantage of this rule by not using there real account to avoid being GOTCHA'D.

I log in as Autumnwolf and play as Autumnwolf. I only use the alternate account for planning games and speaking with other clans if I'm absolutely needed in the lobby. It's my responsibility as leader to be there. However, I don't want to be GOTCHA'd. With few exceptions, I have my personal conversations as Autumnwolf17, and always play the games as Autumnwolf17.
