Okay, anyway you can't EVER return from astral realm. Well, excepting if you are corrupted enough to use the corrupted something to get out but that would make your spirit so corrupted that all you will do is just shout: "I HATE YOU" for eternity.

Our hill, with super powerful defenses and regenerative shields (the more you hit them, the more powerful they are).
