There is a chance that the transaction got interrupted or canceled due to an error! (this happened to me, so I know!) 2)check for an e-mail, or go to your moms paypal transaction center to see the full map of transactions! 3)Check with which account you were logged in when you clicked the paypal button!; your coins maybe got transfered to another account.

According to paypal, from what Lopdo said, transaction is still in progress. Unless paypal's ability is horrible, shouldn't you be able to log back in and complete the transaction?
