I'm not taking sides to anyone and I am certainly not interested in the history is regards to Autumnwolf17 & Kevin40, but some pretty clear rule(s) on this forum and thread have been breached to some effects.

None of that was correct. IP bans are a long-term solution to someone who won't give up or change, precisely by doing that. Making a new account the second you're banned is just getting around the ban. It means you don't have to wait it out and the ban is rendered useless and'll just run out so he can go back to it and continue what he was doing. The reason they prefer not to IP ban is because they don't know that he is the only one using the IP.

Hey, it's you, good to see you (assuming you are Clearsea)... even with this...

For the record, he is IP banned, has been stated someone who should not be here by a moderator, and has expressed that he intends to continue doing whatever he can to come back from whatever happens (his statement, I have no way of knowing whether he's actually that committed to being a nuisance)

Anyway, in my defense, once again for the official record, this is a report users topic. On the first quote (at least the first quote since he became Kevin, since the last two forum accounts were also banned), I was merely explaining to the mods that he was continuing to play the game despite his bans, and continuing to break the rules as before.

I understand that I may have posted too much, but I have tried to avoid baiting (which I have, though really all reports would have that effect), and I've tried to avoid repeating myself too much.

Without judgement or knowledge to want we know, anyone can make unlimited account with no actively before any ban is place on any one of them. So to say a person creates accounts after a original account is banned can only be judged by the site admin.

Well, that isn't really the point, although we know he does. We know, at the very least, that he made the Highlanders account to go after Highlander after at least the Kingblackfire account was banned, and maybe ZERAZORFISH. The other accounts generally do not matter though, a lot of us have a second account, the real point is that it's bannable by the fact alone that he's using a second account despite being banned, regardless of when it was created.

That would be great, but it's not as if any of us except perhaps Highlander have much of a real 'history' with him. He's not someone we all got into a big fight with, he's just one of the normal bad players who decided to follow us after his ban. Nothing more really.
