Point is the true "leader" is me... but because I am lazy I let other people do it... and if I feel they're doing a bad job I make them stop... if they are doing a good job (Rat and VM both did great) I let them stay in command until I feel it is time to see how someone else will do it...
Point is that who ever leads just leads until they or I get bored with them then it's someone else's turn... point is... don't ruin it for me.....
