Or, disable the use for [ ] characters in the name, that way, only the clan will be in brackets. If a person has CGL*userID*, it means it is his name, if it's written [CGL]*user ID*, it means it's a clan tag... I don't like the colors idea... That would make it too flashy :D

If we do go with colors, is it possible to make it so that each clan can choose their color?

You can forget colors, and all the suggestions involved adding code, i mentionned without adding codes.

I suppose that if we do this we would use BelgarionRiva's idea of disabling brackets, then?

If clans implent in game, Ratburntro44 and me probably make clan which wont use boosts. ;)

a simple way...
8 players xxl map
top 4 in the list against the bottom 4, but then everyone needs to know about the fact that its a clan war.
maybe if we had map where it was needed password to enter..

remember we can't add coding. so i suggest, we make a new clean forum and have a captain listed and people that captain has recruited. Then their could be scheduled times for the clans to fight and so on. at the end, the best clan gets free shards or something. the captains should be people who are active, like techgump(when he comes back) or robomajor and ratburntro.

There are no bad ideas here(with some exceptions i.e. saying "blowing up the world would solve all of our problems").

We are brainstorming, after all.
