I don't see anywhere where this was agreed to be a takeover war, although I may be wrong (if so please show me). If it was not agreed to, then it cannot be justified that you would be owned.

That was before the war and you have gotten more people since then, I just didn't change my vote, and yes, that was agreed in the rules
