I think a set of rules should be set to decide whether a clan counts, not determine it by a vote.

If you were in the council we could vote on it.

Chess can stay. Tech and Lopdo must go. Tech is gone, and Lopdo doesn't care about the clans. I say yes to SPUD being taken off if the do not appear active within a week from now.

We still need A MODORATER a position of a neutral an arbitrator vote.Without a single modorater sitting on the council and over-seeing it,the clans will just go back to the chaos before.The clans are actually making progress with this council, it may be a slow one at that but its better than it was a year ago.
The council is new and has many obstacles,many wounds to heal and too many stubborn thoughts.The council isn't out to dictate how you run your clan but meerly laying some common ground that all can meet and battle,without stupid take-overs and annihilation.
But if the last mod became a leader\coleader of a clan, then we have no neutral vote.This choice must be up to Chess435, if he pursues for leadership he will no longer be neutral.
