When you became leader, I felt like I could be under you forever. Through times you have tested me, I hope I stood up to your standards. You kept me in check, and I thank you. i feel like everyone thinks that I think that we should jst get rid of Vm!
well, that's not true at all. VM, i didn't mean any of what i said in a hurtful manor, and i didn't know that you loved being leader so much. i just think that maybe we have progressed as much as we can with you as leader. you have a golden age on your hands, and i don't want you to have a downfall. i feel that if you stayed as leader much longer you would have a downfall. let me give you kind of a simile...
ok, so you know how if you grow the same kind of crop in the same soil for very long, the soil will be lost of all of the nutrients to support that kind of crop, thus reducing the amount of good crop that comes out? Well, if you rotate the crops, as in, after the soil has been used enough by one specific kind, you replace it with another, the ground will always have an equal amount of good nutrients, giving each kind of crop (each leader) a golden age.

Yes, but this soil is rich, and will stay rich. This job is not like raising crops the way you put it. Let's say the Leader is the SOIL, as long as he is nutrient and strong, his crops - the MEMBERS - will stay strong, and grow up to be healthy. There may be a day that my soil loses it's luster, but that day is not today.
