I used to think everyone could poster there to, until Ratburntro told me it wasn't possible, then I did, and I told Lopdo and he did nothing. (This was about a year ago.)

I do not know if I am happy or sad that I am not alone.

He posted it to the announcement section's important topics so that it would be listed everywhere. The important topics for General discussion can only be seen here, and you are able to post on them because it is not posted on a restricted section.
