I suggest a mute button to be incorporated. That way people can stop complaining about users saying bad things. It's pointless saying "[username] said a naughty word to me" even without a screenshot. Lets face it, the internet is heavily populated with idiots so at the least ignore them for now rather than making constant complaints about things they have said.
