I tried it once... Then I cussed at my computer. I don't do super awards anymore.

Only the small +1's really work, never try the downloads or surveys. I think theres ones for creating profiles on websites that give a reasonable amount. I made 60 coins to buy angels when I first started, but it takes so long I wouldn't bother for anything else (Let alone dragons!)

Just do the surveys, the other stuff either won't work or is a scam.

The ones in the survey section are actually quite reliable.

They don't offer this anymore - but over a year ago - you could watch commercials for a coin per ad. 30 to 60 seconds each. You could usually do 4 per day. A slow way to get coins, but you can always do something else on another tab while they played. I don't remember how many coins I got this way at 4 per day - but a few while they lasted. I think I got around 60 coins before they stopped doing that.

Ah, that's how I did it, but it was unlimited when I did it and sometimes 5 sec ads. :L
