it was no draw, he never said yes and after the game is was afk in lobby, are win

You offered draw before he left, you are the leader, and then he left because the game was over then.

Even if Chris didn't say draw, you didn't retract the draw, you didn't win, and Necrocat, who was the highest ranked wolf in attendance and thus would be considered the leader, did take the draw.
