How to make life more interesting or exciting?

Postby necrocat219 » Sun Jul 21, 2013 6:44 pm

I'm a boring young accountant at 19 who spends most of my time on my computer, with a few very close friends but without too much going on in my life at the moment (going to be saving up for a flat for next 5-10 years) and I don't want to end up wishing I did more when I had the time. Any suggestions to make my life more interesting? Spice things up? Meet new people?

I recommend a sport. You will meet people and be part of a team. Good exercise and something to "clear the mind".

I am a regular marathon runner and I love it. The events have thousands of people and they take place all year long.
In Vortex Wars: 50% of the game is luck. 50% is skill. The other 50% is math.

Make your accounting more creative, if you know what I mean.

That does sound like a great idea, I've considered tennis before, as it seems like I'd enjoy it. Haven't been to a marathon before, they do sound like good days! The only sport I'm doing is Chess and well... yeah you meet a lot of older guys, so it doesn't exactly help. Ta!

Wait I'm trying to figure out if you mean that in an illegal tax-dodging sense, a more laid back sense or something different altogether  Yeah sorry, I don't actually know what you mean...
