Announcement from the Leader of WC:
From now on, ALL official matches must have at least one Council Member/Leader present, otherwise, they do not count. Under ALL conditions, whether it be a friendly, competetive match-up as a test of skill, a full out war, or even a clan tournament. Other conditions may apply.

This rule does NOT cover non-competitive matches. The ability to "set up matches/challenges" as interpreted by the council means non-competetive, such as, training matches, a challenge against a member as an individual, a friendly battle with friends from another clan, etc.

Yes it is. Just as Drone is Founder and a Council Leader and I am Leader and a Council Leader.
