Whats terminators power really do, dose it give you the bonus when you have less regions, or when your attacking with the less units in the region?
Cuz when i have like 3 spaces left of all 8's they do really well...
But not all the 7v8's are wins.

Less units in the region.
For example, 7v8, 6v7 etc.

Unless you sit with a neutral between your 8s and defending 8s. 'Cause then you can 7v8 them.

They are only useful when you have lower numbers which evens out the bonus too much to give actual advantage.
