Besides... I haven't seen many WC anywhere at all, with the exception of Rat, Josh, and maybe Vortex Master.

Plenty of other clans have had the same thing happen. The Rat Clan, the new rebbel republic (kind've? partially, not really), Venom Cobras, Guild of Guardians, anything else?
