I happened to click on guest play, once I had signed out and look at the bug: the race of the guest is vampires (the race I was using in user play)
I checked, and while playing normally the guest had the elves race

Or not he got them for free and they are 1600 shards. And all races are good but someone know how to play with them and someone dont know. That is difference.
