Based only on the choices listed - I chose Techgump.

1) If ONE of them was destined to win - not voting would still lead to one of them being selected.
2) Yourself is a bunch of people. If anyone listed got even 2 votes, "yourself" would lose.
3) Techgump seems to have a "very long tolerance" for most things before finally "dropping the hammer" when it is required. Seems to be the least government intrusion - then only when necessary - and when necessary - quite decisively/final.

I think everyone on the forum would be completely incompetent. "Yourself" is the best choice because you get to screw up in the way that best benefits you. Then again, since we would be incompetent, maybe we should consider the assassination attempts. You have just sent Tech to die.
