I am always looking for ways to improve the Creed. The one thing I have the biggest problem with is rank... If you look at the transition from Drone to Rat to Me, it is quite drastic. I do not like having it too level based like Drone, but I do not want it too much like Ratburntro's, where he puts you in the rank he thinks fit, because I would have no one in Senior Member.

You could always use a more American business strategy, and make as many ranks as possible between you and everyone else so that eventually you become irreplaceable.

I have no need of being irreplaceable. I am sure a time will come when I will need to be replaced. I do not want to change things too much, but I do need to change things. I would rather not add ranks. Deleting Senior Member might help though. At the same time, it might not.

I have been leader of Warrior's Creed for nearly 6 months now. 9 if you count my time as "co-leader" when Ratburntro44 took over completely. Because I do not want to seem like a dictator, I would like any member of WC to speak up at any time to challenge my ability as leader. If a member believes I am unfit to be leader, we will have a clan vote. If I am voted unfit to be leader, an election shall take place for a new leader.

If you all are wondering who is "second in charge," it is nobody. Joshua probably has best bet of winning an election for a new leader, and I do treat him similarly to a right-hand man, but he is not second in command.

Wonderful as the system is, you won't see me assigning different wolf species to everyone (Mexican, Timber, Dire, and Blitzer?), but you have my respect for managing it so well.
