Elite Warriors of the Knights of the Roundtable Clan. The following has been posted to each opposing clan's page. You - the Team Captains - are now in charge. Go ahead - assemble your teams - make the arrangements with the other clan so that everyone shows up on the battlefields at the same time.

You may begin your battles as soon as possible - Go ahead and start now.

Please take 2 screenshots of each map (more if you have something of interest that you would also like to show):

1) Somewhere near the start of the map - a screenshot showing the players names and
2) A screenshot at the end when one clan has lost all of their players - showing who won that map.

The Knights of the Roundtable Clan are elite warriors and have elected to meet you on the battlefield in a best of five (first clan to win 3 is the winner) contest.

Each Knight is among the best that Vortex Wars has to offer.

For these contests – there is nothing at risk, except pride, honor, and victory.

We have designated Team Captains.
The Team Captain shown by your clan name will be contacting you to set up dates and times to battle.

The contests will be 3v3 or 4v4 matchups.

Our Team Captain will work out an agreement that is acceptable to your clan and then let the battles begin!

4 Riders has agreed to the challenge.

What has yet to be determined is the day/time.

4Riders would like to try to meet at a random time (a meeting by chance)- rather than lock in a specific day/time.

I will set up a few opportunities for the entire Knights team facing them to be on at the same time. If we can get at least 3 Riders on at the same time - it is a go.

I would like for the entire clan (that will be available) to show up in the game lobby next Saturday - for the Knights of the Roundtable vs 4Riders matches. Please show up in the main lobby to be available. The primary team for this is listed. If for some reason they all can't be there - I intend to go forward with the match anyway:

Order of selection for Knights in this fight:

4v4 with the designated team
3v3 with the designated team
3v3 with those present from the team + other Knight(s) as needed to get 3 members in the fight

The following was posted on the 4Riders Clan page:

The Knights of the Roundtable vs 4Riders challenge was accepted. But the Riders are not sure of when they are on as a group. I checked your postings and found the "most likely" day and time when you guys seem to post a bit and we can get a team together.

I am proposing that we meet on Saturday, July 13th. Times as follows:

GMT -8 = 10:30 a.m. (BeatlesFan, Reznorock, Sincityman)
GMT -6 = 11:30 a.m. (Chris1726354, Vortex_Master)
GMT -5 = 1:30 p.m. (Autumnwolf17, Ozserf, Tensegravz)
GMT 0 = 6:30 p.m. (Dungbeetle, Highlander, Necrocat219, Ryankill)
GMT +2 = 8:30 p.m. (Calleharnemark, Jonsteederi, L0llero)
GMT +3 = 9:30 p.m. (Etty)

These are all at the same time - and accounts for everyone that we show on both teams.

I suggest that we ask our other clan members to also show up so that we can guarantee a minimum of a 3v3 matchup - although I would prefer 4v4 if we can both show up with that many.

The challenge is first clan to win 3 is the winner. I will pick the first map - then you - keep alternating until someone wins 3.

You can decide what map to put up on your turn - For me - I don't yet know which particular map - but I intend to make it Large, XL, or XXL - (Conquer + HC + Borders)

Let the games begin! (well...next week anyway)
