Drone easy solution i have done this to many hated neighbors when you feed the dog, put some gum in the food (probably tucked under so the dog or any family can't see) that has [Insert smart long name here] But it starts with a X and that ingredient is extremely poisonous to dogs one chew and swallow of that gum the dog will die of sickness in days
EDIT: I did some research ( looked on the front of a pack of Trident gum) The word is called XYLITOL
(I know it's poisonous because in middle school on career day one of the dog vets told me )

O_O Uh guys... He just killed one of my favorite pets when I wrote that... also I only kill things when it's setting them out of there misery... (Or they are an apparent danger to me or anyone I love) Kodi isn't a terrible dog and he was just following instincts... (Oh and he is REALLY stupid...)

I don't want to kill him as much as I did when the event accrued...
