Like I said already if you don't have to go through the process of getting a college education in the English language country then you just won't understand that you need to know the official channels. All I'm asking is that you recognize that and realize that your personal experiences is not valid as a end all statement. You have obviously never explained your theories to a English professor grading your paper and discussing your sources... There is much you don't know as such much we ALL don't know but at least perhaps I could have educated you a touch as to how it may be in a different field as yours
