As I said, adding 1% bonus does absolutely nothing. It doesn't give very little, it gives nothing at all, because you would need roll of 100 to able to use it. 2% are useless as well except in some very rare cases.

If you want me to adjust rolls themselves to make them roll higher numbers more often, I will not do that. It is possible, shouldn't be even hard to do, but it just wouldn't be fair. I prefer nice solutions, not hacks like these.

I promise I will make some unit tests with thousands of rolls for various race setups and I will post results when I get some free time. If there is something wrong with it, I will fix it, if not... well, I will tell you "I told you so"

There is very small chance to roll 50 and when you do, there is very small chance that you will need that one point to win. I wouldn't be surprised if it never happened

I'm too lazy to do actual probability, but running 1 million times of 8 dice with a 20% bonus, I only got 1731 rolls of 50 or greater, which is less than 0.2%.
