boost flaws

Here is a major flaws of boost

I'll take the offence bbost for example but same can happen with defensive boost

he take the situation 8 vs 8

I take the offensive boost to increase my chance of winning

first roll: 30-31 I lost but usually the defendant would only have a 1 left
second roll: 15-37: I lost again but now the defendant still has many

since the official result is the second one the boost ultimatly was a nuisance to me

The "best" results out of the 2 trow should be taken into account to make it the best boost possible

This would empowered the boosts.
It can be done, but only if Lopdo wants to improved boosts.

Think at it in the reversed order:

You normally roll your dices (hide the result (because you never know the result of the dice if the other gives you the victory)).
Whatever the results is, you have a free roll that will be taken into account if you win, discarded if you don't.

So either you win, either you have a normal roll.

(In this case, your "flaw" would be if you would have win with higher roll -> less loss, but as the result is hidden, you don't know it)

The rolls are random so this is not a flaw. Instead the reroll just gives you a higher possibliity of winning but not a guareentee. I think the words of caution are: Use at your own risk. In the real world, just because you do something a second time doesn't mean it is better. That's like the principle involved here.
