vote to kick....

Ok with all the requests to kick people or ban what ever...

ive came to a final idea for this

when you click on play online you have that chatroom right?

well sometimes we get really unmature people who come in there and annoy the hell out of us

so i have an idea,

A vote to kick, click on the name of the person and an option called vote to kick
if they get at least 4 votes they are kicked from the room and banned for a limited of time
if this happens like lets say 3 times their ip is banned from the game or something like that...

this would be really good in game as well

That in the room lobby, owner can already kick, and should have exclusive permission, but in game this has already been suggested and I think owner should just have option to kick someone from chat. Or have muting.

Anyways, we don't need vote to kick. All we need is a better reporting system and muting.

This idea was implemented in ancient Athens many moons ago. There was a stone urn in the agora with a slit were you just had to drop a black stone with the name of the undesired person written on it. After the fellow added a certain number of black votes he was banned from the land for three years (ostracized). If upon return he was blackvoted again he was sentensed to death. The system was devised as a way to avoid anybody to build up too much power in a democracy, the bigger you were the more you were likelly to be targeted. There were mixed results as anybody who understands human nature could have predicted. No politician was able to accumulate enough power to became a dictator, but also anybody who was popular had to suffer for it as a result of pure envy; atlethes, famous actors, bussinessmen, militar heroes, artists...; implement this rule in vortex wars and there will be no player above level 25 within a month. That is just the way we humans are
