It wouldn't be meant for people like you. It would be meant for people who just want to check the forum from time to time and see if there are new updates or new ideas going around or problems with the game etc. without having to wade through lots of topics/pages of general rubbish and arguing. If a new forum was made you wouldn't have to go there and this forum would stay exactly as it is.

You can do that in the top two to three sections just fine because no one ever argues there. I also might mention though that people only post there because they think things aren't as good as the should be.
