I agree with alucard, since the vampire and pumpkin races are rare. why give them negative stats?
they should be overpowered since they can hopefully never ever be buyed again.

No, they need to be as NOT overpowered as possible, because after Halloween you can't buy them.

If they were stronger than everything, than someone who didn't buy them would be at a permanent disadvantage that could never be recovered.

I cannot answer that. Depends on how important rank is to you. I mean:
1. Premium adds nothing to your game play
2. As Rat said, Halloween stuff is here for a limited time

didnt ment it that way, the should be a little stronger then the others since they are an halloween item that mostlikly will not come in game again.
