What to do with old threads that the community thought were long gone?

"Archive" old threads so that they are viewable only and are in some sort of archived area

Do nothing - Users can post comments on any thread (that isn't locked) no matter how old

Delete threads older than 1 year - you would not be able to see them at all

Old threads would need to be posted by a user to a new Report Thread Topic - The moderator would have to make a decision to lock or keep it open

I always read read as read first before I read read as read instead.

oh what a surprise a wolf is suggest I be banned for posting on threads they don't like... hmmm what a surprise :roll: I wonder your leader opening admiting to making it his personal mission to get me banned is playing a part in your motivation? This a another example of your slander trying to move the opinons to banning me based only on me posting on what you think is outdated posts. Well I have news for you ALL members are welcomed or they should be welcomed to join in the conversation while being respectful to other members and to be polite.

I hardly think an entire clan spewing words trying to get a person banned is considered polite... :|

Yes he can, although he would probably much rather use administrative setting or plugins than edit code himself. However, I am fairly sure (if I remember correctly) that this is an administrative option in phpbb.
