If they'd been cut, I would have been on the leaderboard... I was, like, twenty points away.

And now I'm really far away because I lost two games in a row to noobs.

I have two suggestions for this (cut from leaderboard after inactivity):

1) For the ratings leaderboard - you should not be there at all unless you have played X number of games - Such as only listing you if you have played 500 games.

2) Every day - every player loses one ratings point. Every day that you log in - you gain one ratings point - If you play no change - if you don't - then you will go down.
