That's easy, there's a 50% chance it places right next to you, it always expands every possible space, it reinforces using the opposite of the borders code, there's 6 random phrases insulting your mother or your sexuality that post to chat on your turn, and if it ever gets more than 25 regions ahead of you, it randomly kicks the AS.
