Back on-topic, it sounds like he's saying that drawing in a 1v1q match gives you the rating bug.

And what.does it do?

if you 1 vs 1 another player and go in a circle for about 1 hour then draw u get like 300-400 shards if you dont draw u get like 50 or so it might be a glitch it might be somthing they add for themself idk
