Yes, it worked. I have been checking and trying to buy it religiously frequently and it just worked.
I now have 2010 shards and would like to buy the insectoids race but it is coming up with the same error.
Can you work your magic again please?

I logged out then tried to purchase and it worked this time!!!! WOOHOO!
