what distribution mode was that and in which phase of your turn (I suppose it was your turn) did you lag?

It was Manual, that happened when i took my 2nd territory and i press end turn. Then i lag and i press few times to deploy, but nothing happened. And my turn finished i saw that (In the picture) and i take a picture.

lopdo - is it possible that when he lagged it repeated his order twice?

looks like it, but it shouldn't be possible, I have plenty of checks in server code, looks like I missed something
