About the whole discrimination\lawsuit thing:
1) JBleed is RIGHT - it doesn't clearly states in the Vortex Wars Rulebook that SECRET allying is forbidden. I expected either techgump or Lopdo to confirm this. On this base it DOES seem like the ban was unwarranted.
2) As I've written many times without recognition from the mod team - the very same rulebook Jbleed has quoted was written by an ex-mod whose misuse of power and offenses were MUCH greater than anything any one user (including JBleed) ever did. I therefore find the rulebook ironic (at best), and a little pathetic. This is also the reason I think the game is in steady decline and why the "Report Users" & "Blacklist" topics became a joke (a bad one at that).
a. No one can take the rules seriously since they were written by a hack mod.
b. Little to no moderation - cheaters\hackers rejoice.
c. When some moderation is finally done - it is OVER-moderation and way off-course (perhaps to overcompensate the little to no moderation that ISN'T being done?)
3) Company? Seriously? A one-man programmer from Slovakia COMPANY? I didn't even think Lopdo had a "company"...

4) Contrary to what techgump said - there is ALWAYS a contract (doesn't have to be a monetary one), even if the game creator didn't specifically include one. A typical contract in this case (a free game) would be that both parties must adhere to common rules of behaviour and decency and that the creator\operator of the game (Lopdo) or anyone he put forth to moderate the game for him (techgump) has a big word about what's acceptable behaviour and what's not.
HOWEVER, things like sexual-discrimination are greater than any rules a game creator chooses to adhere by (or NOT to adhere by). This means that even if a programmer\moderator decides that for example cursing, discrimination, etc. is allowed in game, AND the game is free - he is still most definitely NOT immune to prosecution.
5) This being said, pursuing such a case does sound far-fetched. I assume JBleed is from the US. Well, as far as I know, Lopdo is from Slovakia, and therefore, the geographical difficulties techgump has mentioned are very much valid.
6) JBleed - they do have a point in that a senior long-time player such as yourself probably should know that secret allying is against the rules (although, you are correct to say it isn't written anywhere, as I've reinforced in section 1 of my post). That being said, if the ban happened as early on as you say it did, then it would indeed be very hard to ascertain whether you were secretly allied or not, and therefore the whole decision to ban you would be very strange as well.
7) Knowing techgump, I truly find it hard to believe he is a homophobe or that his judgment is biased. I do agree that admins should NOT have absolute power and that a warning should DEFINITELY have been issued.
8) If you are truly offended by this, can't let this go and truly believe that it had to do with your alleged sexual orientation, then, well, you know you don't need my approval to go forth with this, BUT, I think you'll be much better off just forgetting about the whole thing altogether (especially since it indeed seems a little far-fetched and extremely difficult to pursue a lawsuit for something like this).
9) To techgump\Lopdo - seriously guys, just edit the rulebook and for the love of all that isn't ridiculous - please repost it under someone else's name other than fiendess'.
Finally, happy holidays and remember- it's just a friggin' game!
