I am Jbleed's other witness. Me and him were in a game playing with spoc and some others when Techgump comes out of no where and says Jbleed is cheating and bans him. Jbleed receive no warning at all. A Moderator has to issue a warning before he bans someone first of all, second of all Jbleed was not cheating and Third of all Jbleed was speaking of being homosexual. Tensegravz another player in the game made reference of a "Thank you" To Techgump. This also shows that a moderator is showing favoritism. I request something be done about this. If not i will testify on Jbleeds behalf in court

Vortex Wars rule book topic. Discrimination is an offense here. Allying is not in there however "Which is Techgumps reason". Therefore you had no pretense to ban me, therefore i feel an illegal ban and discrimination should result in a loss of Techgumps Moderation status forever. That is the only fair thing for me having to suffer the emotional turmoil and the ban.

Unfortunatley even though I understand techgumps pressure as a MOD and the hard desicisions made he did not go by protocal and I will not testify in court but I want something done... Not a perminent mod recall, he likes his job... but a suspention of 1 week and a ban of the next 1 week

I also understand Techgump does have pressure on him, however, as Spoc said, Protocol was not followed and i do feel discriminated. I want something done. I have missed 24 hours of game play because of Techgumps rash decision of a ban on a subject matter that is not stated officially to be a cheat.

Alright, now I know why I couldn't sleep tonight...

First of all, I am not going to address whether Techgump's ban was fair or not. Maybe he did mistake, maybe not, but I trust his judgement and it was only for one day anyway.

What I would like to address are assholes that try to sue everyone around just because they look at him wrong (I am not talking about anyone in particular, just in case that one person tries to sue me over this as well). I am seriously sick of your attitude of suing everything that moves even if it does not make any sense. He didn't ban you because you are gay or that you like pink, or that you are half mexican, half innuit, he did because he thought you are cheating. Anything else is only your assumption and trying to serve your papers, well good luck with it. If you think I am being too harsh, it is because you made it personal. You threatened to sue me and my company for fucks sake! Only for that I should ban your ass forever both from the game and forum. Even though I don't believe you would have slightest chance of success, I have seen enough fucked up cases to know that there is enough idiot judges to make my life complicated, so I will stop talking about it before I help your "case" anymore.

I dont wanna get into this to much , but other mods like karen has proof and reports users here. I thin ktechgump could tell when he has banned anyone, they mightmake a new account . Remember what happened with for example hatchu. Not accusing anyone or ea something bad. Just think about it. And im not bringing it up agian i respect you Lopdo im trying to pitn of another side to this. Why does Karen leave reports when techgump doesnt? Answer: Techgump is the best, most trusted mod on the site and therefore almost equal to you. Ofc i trust him but no need to be hasty right? or is it?
