10% army, okay, when you have a region count of 10, you get 1 more unit to place, eg you got 10 regions exact, you can place 11 units into those regions, not 10.

if your talking about army upgrade, it incressed your max capacity of holding units,
Default = 20
Upgrade 1 = 30
Upgrade 2 = 40
the others depends on how big the map is.

For eg you got 43 regions, you only got upgrades one, you can only place or store up to 30 units, if you got 28 regions, you'll get 28 units.

alright, you got a race for eg Insectiods, it has 10% spawn,

every 10 regions you have it gives you 1 more unit

eg
10 = 11
20= 22
31 = 34
14 = 15
etc
It does not involve the ones

eg
9 = 9
2 = 2
5 = 5

you do know what I mean by units and regions right?
