To make things officially layed out for the structure of our Republic, I propose this as the Constitution of the Republic of the Warrior's Creed

The Constitution of the Republic of the Warrior's Creed
Preamble
The members of the Warrior's Creed, in order to ensure that we will never be ruled by a tyrant and that justice will always succeed, declare this the Constitution of the Republic of the Warrior's Creed.
Article I - The Council of Law
The law of the Warrior's Creed shall be established by a council composed of the members of the Warrior's Creed.

The members of the Council shall be nominated by the Leader of the Warrior's Creed and approved by the existing Council, and shall be composed of Members, the main legislators and Speakers, the higher legislators. The Leader shall, during their time if leadership, also serve as a Speaker of the Council.

The Council of Law shall have the power to create laws concerning the administration of the Creed, the rules established that Creed members must follow in order to create a perfect Republic, and to declare war.

A law shall be passed by the Council if it receives a simple majority of the voting Members and a simple majority of the voting Speakers, with a minimum of two voting Members and one voting Speaker. No law may be passed without seven days having been given from the start of the vote for legislators to vote.
Article II - The Executive Cabinet
Executive power in the Creed shall be managed by the Leader.

To replace the Leader of the Warrior's Creed, a referendum must be called by a member of the Creed and be seconded by a legislator of the Creed. Following this, the members of the Warrior's Creed shall have fourteen days to reach a consensus decision.

The Leader shall appoint Ministers to oversee the execution of the Creed law, and may provide executive orders concerning that which the Council provides the ability of the Leader to preside over.
Article III - The Court
The Court of the Warrior's Creed shall be presided over by a Chancellor elected by the members therein, known as Justices.

It is the duty of the Court to uphold the Constitution and law of the Creed. Any case of injustice shall be brought before the Court and decided by a simple majority vote of the Justices and Chancellor.

Justices shall be nominated by the Leader and approved by the Council. The term of a Justice may only end if the Council unanimously votes to end it along with a simple majority of the Court agreeing, or if the Justice chooses to resign.
Article IV - Amendment
A referendum to amend the Constitution of the Republic of the Warrior's Creed may be initiated by a simple majority of the Council.

In the case of a referendum, the members of the Warrior's Creed shall be given fourteen days to reach a consensus. If no consensus is made, then the amendment fails. No amendment shall be made concerning the process of amendment.
Article V - The Initial Council, Leader, and Court
After the ratification of this Constitution, the initial government shall be as follows.

The Council shall consist of Clan Ghost Bear, Crittergeek, Furqi, and DERKA_J1988 as Members; the Speakers of the Council shall be Drone6o3 and Jbleed.

The Leader shall be Ratburntro44.

The Court shall consist of Joshua, OGH_MaGmA, and Vortex_Master, with Vortex_Master as the Chancellor.

I don't really know New Zealand's history all too well, but if you want to, then by all means think of it like that.
