If people don't like the conversation, don't continue reading the thread. Users may post their complaints on this forum, burden of proof or not. Proof is not a requirement here to express one's self... but is of course appreciated and needed for my direct action if warrented.

Regardless, I have tools to investigate cheating complaints, and id rather hear them if someone confidently believes it's really true. Know that accusers words are also on the line as well. Their future claims are less meaningful if they cry wolf when no wolf is found.

yes, tensegravz play very well but he only good or use 1 account to play with you, ozserf and the others,.... But beside that, i know he use 2 accounts to have rate in my game and i reported, although he play well, you all like him but he still use 2 accounts, he won't use it to play with you, but he use 2 accounts, that's bad, if you don't believe me,i have nothing to say more,thanks for a lot answering of you,guys

I can understand where your coming from techgump. Freedom of speech should by high on anyones list of rights to be protected.

Another one though would be the person right to play a game/use a forum on the Internet, free from harrassment and malicious content, should also be as high, of rights to be protected.

Let me give you an example;

Chessmaster accuses techgump of cheating. User 'A' and 'B' agrees that techgump has been cheating. User 'C' and 'D' say techgump is beyond approach when it comes to sportmenship within the Vortexwars world. A Kangaroo court starts on forum meriting the claims which have been made.

Lets have a look at each outcome for cheating and not cheating;

Chessmaster lying: Causes havoc for techgump on the game and blackens his good name.
techgump innocent: Has to live with the cloud over his head that he may be a cheater.

Chessmaster honest: Just adds a black mark against techgump's name, until enough blackmarks show a pattern of cheating.
techgump guilty: Carries on cheating until found out.

I would like to put forward a different approach on dealing with accusations of cheating on the server.

A seperate section on the front page for abuse reports with subsections for each person to put their complaints in a thread against the ones abusing the system, with an outcome of these complaints made by a moderator. Also a sticky thread at the top of this section, showing the abusers and their punishments.

I believe we can all agree that getting rid of the cheaters is a good thing; especially with dupe accounts.

This idea would also allow the community and moderators to find out quickly, who is accused of cheating, the outcomes of any findings, etc...

I believe this would be better than keeping accusations of cheating running in one thread where we have to scroll through it to find out who is cheating or not.

Whilst I am here may I make another recommendation of adding advertisements to this forum. I'm sure a lot of us here would show our apppreciation of the game by clicking on the advertisements.

Ofc im smart...i will never play with 2 accaunt at same time for my own Rating Xp or Shards LOLLL i dont want to lose my accaunt...im not enough stupid to do this....

im sure Highlander was often accused to cheat for his Rank
i been accusing to cheat when i was 1st in rating.....
now im accusing cuz i play with my brother.....what will be next ? when i will be offline during 2-3 days they will accuse me of preparing a plan to cheat ???

I been accused of many things publicly... most of them on VW game or Forum...
I been accursed of...
...funny... everyone comments on my negatives and just wants to torture me with false facts and lies and no one points out the good stuff I have... besides Autumnwolf and Highlander, and some others.
