Map fix?

Lopdo, could you fix the map, because when you try to move the screen, a lot of the times it messes up and goes back to where you clicked on it. I just finished a game and this caused me to miss a turn (I only had half the timer left because I was typing and the glitch kept happening) and I ended up losing.

Also, on a related note, I just found out that there was a hostage situation just down my road, because when I was driving by, there was 6 police cars and they were coming out of the house carrying rifles...Crazy day.
