meh... rating doesn't always mean experience and/or skill. Seems pointless, just another filter.

I still think it would make sense: we still keep observing people playing either double accounts, or 'secret alliances' and so. Now these 'teams' are almost always composed of 1 player with high rating (the one that benefits from this 'collaboration', be it with himself or others), and 1 or more accounts with pretty poor rating, yet absolutely necessary for the 'main' player to have advantage.
Now you can imagine if such a player can only join a game with his 'artificially boosted' account, but not with the 'assisting' ones, that will change A LOT

I would def add this to the filters.... higher rating people are more often serious players. and second spot hunters never get above 1700-1800.
