Instead of storing replays you could have a URL generated in the end game screen that would represent what went on in the game. You could then add a replay feature you could plug it into, storage space? Problem solved :) Outwitters uses this system

Game is too complex to store in the URL, it would be longer than allowed

I can't say I'm surprised by that, but would it be able to be put out... not in a URL?

And then just have a place to enter it in?

You mean like have some screen with huge string that you can copy, save in a file or something and then paste into the game? That should be possible

Yeah, that's what I mean. Figures it would be pretty long and not fit within the ~2000 characters available for a URL.

You could even have that very long string hidden and have it savable onto your PC. Would that be possible?

That's what they do with the game Free Rider 2. To save a map, you have to copy and paste this massive string of letters into a word document and save it, then, when you want to load the level, you simply paste the letters back into the load box.
