Nope i kniw how the quote system works. It has been shown before how it works. Lets make aquote system thtas harder to maniputlate. Cuz if you quote you can edit what others said. This should be a feature request but i think its mainly use shol ge here.

How is it a broken system?

What if you want to quote, let's say, one of Confucius' sayings? Are you going to wait for the dead man to post so that you can quote him?

It's not a bug, it's a feature. And a much needed one. Content-fixed quotes would be a design error more than anything else
