So basicly, enemies see your area as black area with numbered boarders. would there be "leaks" if for example there is empty area inside your surrounded area

No thats completely wrong. They see you own the territory, but they can only see the numbers of your borders to other players; the numbers you cant see would have no numbers. There would be no leaks unless someone attacked and managed to get inside you.
