em... dude, this is no big deal ... u make a screenshot. add it in for example a word-document. then u save the graphic (from inside the document) as a graphic. (maybe there r other ways, i was lazy, and its only a few clicks). u best save it as a bitmap, because with draw (standard-program for windows) u can just cut out whatever u want from a bitmap. then, u save ur cutted stuff as a jpeg-file, or gif-file (smaller size, fits to avatar-requirements in this forum). u upload it in your profile, and thats pretty much it

em, maybe this will help. u have a button on your keyboard to make a screenshot, on mine its called "print screen". it actually makes a screenshot without saving it to a file (so u dont give a name), so if u open a lets say new-word-document, and simply "fill in", it puts the screenshot there. from there on u can work with it as i described
