Small bonuses in XP that come from accomplishing something in game, a few examples:

Map Multiplier = 1 for S, 2 for M, 3 for L, 4 for XL, 5 for XXL

First 8: 1 * Map Multiplier
First Full Storage: 2 * Map Multiplier
First kill: 1 * Map Multiplier
Most turns ending with stored troops: 2 * Map Multiplier
Least boosts used: 1 * Map Multiplier

Any more ideas?

I think rewarding a boost to kills is a good idea, but the others are somewhat over-complex and unnecessary. I don't think we want to encourage turtling with the stored troop objective. The troop limit objective would favor non-upgraded players and the 8 objective would favor red. Overall, they just give more power to those who are already winning.

True about turtling, but the bonus is small enough that it would be way more worth your time for getting xp to not turtle. I know it would favor non-upgraded players, something wrong with that :lol: They deserve a small bonus. The 8 objective could also be counted by round, you know. They don't actually give extra power to anyone; all they give is xp, they aren't going to help you win, and their are plenty of ways to accomplish these without ending up winning.

I thought about bonuses to people doing the worst (AoE3 has that) but then all the people who get the middle places would complain.

@Joshua I only do that when I have no better chance at the moment. Usually I come out of it later and destroy people.

Sure :roll: . Although there was that one time when red was smashing my face in because of a lucky turn when he beat down my 3-region-thick wall of 8s, then I cut him and you charged. Teamwork pwns all.

Yup. It was random and hardcore, so by cutting him all the way down I kinda sacrificed myself so you would win.
